![]() ![]() Here are some pics which show some of my "new" parts types. My parts library so far is maybe 50% new content, 50% recycled graphics assets. This way the parts files are generated in the correct format. The official way to start making a Fritzing part is to adapt a current Fritzing part, save a copy as your own, and modify as needed. My goal is to use Fritzing as a sort of breadboard to perf to PCB management tool. Meanwhile, I decided to set about making my own library, based upon parts I have here. The SparkFun library is included with the current binary of Fritzing. One thing anyone who want to try Fritzing should be aware of, is that SparkFun and AdaFruit both maintain github repositories of parts - these massively expand upon the available components. The initial part set definitely caters more to the Arduino crowd, and making new parts involves a few hitches which make it less than straightforward. ![]() I was off my feet with an injury for a few weeks, so I decided to make a priority of learning Fritzing. ![]()
